~Valkyrie Clan Protocols~

-(Article 1, Sec. 1) Meetings-

*Clan Leaders Meeting (CLM): Only able to be assembled by two or more Clan Leaders. Meeting is not allowed to begin or proceed unless all leaders are present. Killing is not necessary unless told otherwise.
-If missed, protocol dictates no action.
-One kill, warning. Second and/or third kill, boot.

*Squad Leaders Meeting (SLM): Only able to be assembled by two or more Squad Leaders. Meeting is allowed to begin and proceed if a Leader is not present. Killing is not necessary unless told otherwise.
-If missed, protocol dictates no action- except a briefing of missed information due return.
-One kill, warning. Second and/or third kill, boot.

*Clan Leaders and Squad Leaders Meeting (CASM): Only able to be assembled by two or more Clan Leaders and Squad Leaders. Meeting is not allowed to begin or proceed unless all Clan and Squad Leaders are present. Killing is not necessary unless told otherwise. Maximum patience is required at all times.
-If missed, protocol dictates no action- except a briefing of missed information due return.
-One kill, warning. Second and/or third kill, boot.

*Squad/SubSquad Meeting (SSM): These meetings are able to be called by any player who has a Squad or SubSquad under their command. Please follow rules established by superior officers.

*Off-Duty (N/A): No meetings are being held at the moment, take your Squad, SubSquad and/or friends with you into any game mode available, or join one that’s being hosted.

-(Article 1, Sec. 2) Classification Codes-

*Classification Code One (CC1): Non-classified public knowledge, distributable.
-Protocol dictates no action.

*Classification Code Two (CC2): Semi-classified knowledge about ranging Recruit/Clan Member duties, responsibilities and/or punishment- past, present or future.
-Protocol dictates little to no action.

*Classification Code Three (CC3): Semi-classified knowledge about ranging Squad Leader/SubSquad duties, responsibilities and/or punishment- past, current or future.
-Protocol dictates little to no action.

*Classification Code Four, Demeanor One (CC4-D1): Highly to Semi-classified knowledge about ranging topics inside V7 Squads, SubSquads, Teams and/or other.
-Protocol dictates little action, depending on the situation.

*Classification Code Four, Demeanor Two (CC4-D2): Highly classified knowledge about ranging topics inside V7 Squads, SubSquads, Teams and/or other.
-Protocol dictates little to immediate action, depending on the situation.

*Classification Code Five (CC5): Highly classified knowledge about ranging topics outside V7.
-Protocol dictates immediate, dire action, depending on the situation.
-Always report any given information involving a CC5 case to a superior officer.

-(Article 1, Sec. 3) Squads-

*Squad Alpha (AS): Alpha Squad is the division of Valkyrie Clan where players who prefer Assault and Close Quarters Combat gameplay are placed- according to skill, not rank or Gamerscore.
-This category includes: Assault Rifle, DMR, Covenant Carbine, Lightrifle, Magnum, Boltshot, Plasma Repeater, Plasma Rifle, Suppressor, Storm Rifle, Plasma Pistol, Shotgun, Energy Sword, Spartan Laser, Fragmentation and Plasma Grenades.

*Squad Bravo (BS): Bravo Squad is the division of Valkyrie Clan where players who prefer Precision or Sniping gameplay players are placed- according to skill, not rank or Gamerscore.
-This category includes: Sniper Rifle, Focus Rifle, Binary Rifle, Beam Rifle, DMR, Covenant Carbine, Lightrifle, Needle Rifle, Magnum, Boltshot, Spartan Laser.

*Squad Charlie (CS): Charlie Squad is the division of Valkyrie Clan where players who prefer the heavy or explosive weapon type gameplay are placed- according to skill, not rank or Gamerscore.
-This category includes: Rocket Launcher, Grenade Launcher, Spartan Laser, Plasma Launcher, Fuel-Rod Cannon, Brute Shot, Incineration Cannon, Heavy Machine Gun Turret, Plasma Turret, Fragmentation and Plasma Grenades.

*Squad Delta (DS): Delta Squad is the division of Valkyrie Clan where players who prefer vehicle gameplay are placed- according to skill, not rank or Gamerscore.
-This category includes: All vehicles available in Halo: Reach, players must have a semi-decent knowledge of how to stun an enemy vehicle with an EMP weapon.

*Squad Echo (ES): Echo Squad is the division of Valkyrie Clan where players who prefer stealth gameplay are placed- according to skill, not rank or Gamerscore.
-This category includes: All weapons.

-(Article 1, Sec. 4) Clan Battles-

*Clan Versus Clan Battle (CvC): Clan battles conducted against other clans will be played out after a time, date and place has been set and confirmed by your Clan or Squad Leader.
-Do not challenge another player and/or clan without a commanding officer’s permission. Check the kill-to-death ratio of challengers too, never underestimate your opponent!
-If you have Squads under your command, challenge players when you have your ‘starting lineup’ of your best players ready and set.

(!!!) Admiral’s Note [CvC] (!!!)- If you have a personal score to settle with someone or another clan in Halo in a 2v2, BTB, etc., myself and Co-Clan Leaders will help any way we can to assist you by providing advanced players to be on your team at a moment’s request.
